• Google Ads (Google LLC). For conversion tracking and remarketing purposes, where you have consented to advertising cookies. • Customer project records (certificates, test results): 6 years from completion of works (consistent with our 6-year workmanship guarantee and HMRC requirements)
• NICEIC installation certificates: retained as required by NICEIC scheme rules
• Payment records: 7 years (HMRC requirement)
• Job application data: 6 months for unsuccessful applications, then securely deleted unless you consent to longer retention
• Website analytics: as configured in analytics platform (typically 26 months)
